HELP - Logon Help
Initial log in:
User ID is your four digit employee number with the prefix ATI plus
"zero", ex: ATI01234. Your initial password is "uniform" in all
lower-case letters.
Proceeding log in:

ARCO COCO & Franchise locations, your user ID is ARC0 ( 0 is numeric, not a letter) + Facility/Site number. Your initial password is "uniform" lower case. You will be required to customise it.

To ensure your User ID, Password and credit card information are safe, Lion Apparel uses SSL (Secure Socket Layers). SSL is currently the most secure online ordering technology available.
If you prefer, you can place an order by phone. Just call Customer Service and give one of our representatives your order.
The catalog or company communication your received about this program will give you the User ID and initial password to use.
Both your User ID and password are case sensitive. So make sure you entered a capital letter instead of lower case or visa versa. Check your Caps Lock indicator.
In most cases, your User ID is your social security number. Enter your social security number without the - or spaces, i.e. enter 999999999 instead of 999-99-9999 or 999 99 9999.
If your User ID is not your social security number, enter your User ID using only letters and numbers, no spaces or special characters like -, :, #, etc. There may be a prefix, i.e. XXX, in front of your User ID. In that case, your User ID would be XXX12345.
Your User ID and password are case sensitive.
So make sure you entered a capital letter instead of lower case or visa versa. Check your Caps Lock indicator.
After you have logged on for the first time, you will be asked to verify employee information and enter a new password. Once you have done this, the initial password you were given will no longer work, you must use the new one.
If you have forgotten your password, call Customer Service and we'll give you a new one.
BP COCO Sites, your User ID is BP + site number. Your Initial Password is "uniform" (lowercase). You will be required to customize it.
BP Dealers & Jobbers, please call 1-800-543-9698 for your User ID and Initial Password.

In the User ID field, enter your corporate location number or complete RC number (Must be 8 digits, NO DASHES). If you do not have the full 8 digit number, please call Lion Apparel Customer Service.

Your User ID and password are case sensitive.
For the Main Program
In the User ID field, enter your
BR + REGION# + BRANCH # (example BR555120 is the user id for region 555 branch 120)
For the Manager Program
In the User ID field, enter your
BR + ALPHA NUMBER (Employee # in upper case)
For the Prepaid Catalog
Enter the catalog using the Click Here button on the left to establish a unique User ID for the Prepaid Program.
Once you've established a User ID, you can use this new User ID which is BRK + a 6 digit number (BRK in upper case).
Forgotten your Password - if you have logged in and changed your initial password and cannot remember what you changed it to, please call Lion Apparel Customer Service at 800-543-9698.
Initial Log In
In the USER ID field, enter COM followed by your 5 digit employee number, (ex: COM12345).
Insert a zero if you havce less than a 5 digit employee number (ex: COM09876).
In the Password field, enter the last four digits of your social security number.
Proceding Log Ins

Please contact your Uniform Coordinator at your base for your user id and password. At the request of Continental Airlines and to maintain Security requirements, Lion Apparel is not authorized to supply this information to employees.
Initial log in:
User Id is your 9 digit employee number with a beginning zero and ending in two zeros, ex: 012345600.
Password is your hire date in this order YYYYMMDD.
Do not use dashes or slashes.
Preceding log in:
Click the forgot password button and answer the security questions. Then immediately change your password and record it for your records.

User ID is your 6 digit Employee number with ESS preceeding employee number. ex ESS023456 Your initial password is uniform (lowercase). You will be required to customize.

User ID is your 6 digit Employee number with EPE preceeding employee
number. ex EPE023456.

Your user ID is LIR0 + your 5 digit employee number. NOTE: LIR(zero) NOT the letter O ex: LIR012345 (exactly this way, it is a case sensitive field). First time users will need to use the default password uniform (exactly this way, it is a case sensitive field), and then click the button.
Most LIRR emps have a 5 digit emp number. They need to add a LIR+0 in order to have 6 numeric characters.
In the User ID field, enter your social security number.
In the Password field, enter the word 'uniform' the first time you log on.
The word 'uniform' must be in lower case; make sure your Caps Lock is not on.
You will be required to change your password after you log in the first time.
Once you change your password, 'uniform' will not work; you must use the new password you entered.
Please keep a record of your new password.
Chevron Canada Retailers, your User ID is R + station number
Chevron Canada Retailer Business Consultants, your User ID is R + your CAI number
Chevron Canada C & I, your User ID is A + your supply point number
Chevron Canada C & I Business Consultants, your User ID is A + your CAI number
