Continuous Improvement is a way of life at Lion. CI is more than a phrase. It is a specific “term of art” at Lion. It is accomplished by learning and practicing several skills aimed at simplifying or improving processes, constantly seeking to add value, or reduce cost. The goal of CI is the improvement of our systems, cycle times, products and services, and the development of reliable, flexible, and effective employees.
