Lion Deutschland GmbH (LAD)
This Lion affiliate's mission is to design, market, sell protective clothing and equipment and provide Lion Totalcare® to members of the Military, Fire, Police and Public Services in Germany. Its office is in Leipzig, Germany and its customers are such major cities as Leipzig, Hamburg and Berlin. Its major brand for the Fire market is the SSK® brand.

LHBundeswehr
This LAD Joint Venture provides Lion Totalcare® to the German military, in partnership with Hellmann Logistics and the G.e.b.b. The Joint venture is responsible for the management of over 100 military clothing distribution points, and 2,000 government employees and over 300 million Euros of clothing and equipment inventory procurement, distribution, and refurbishment.

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics GmbH & Co. KG, founded in Osnabrück in 1871, is today among the leading, internationally active logistics companies. In cooperation with partners such as the German Package Service DPD, System Alliance, Night Star Express and others, Hellmann has introduced trend-setting logistics systems throughout Germany, Europe and the world.

The Gesellschaft für Beschaffung, Entwicklung und Bertrieb mbH (g.e.b.b.) (Company for procurement, development and operation) is a company of the Federal Ministry of Defense which was established in August 2000. The targets and the core tasks of the g.e.b.b. are to relieve the Armed Forces from as much as possible of all tasks which are not military core tasks.

Lion Asia Pacific (LAP)
This Lion affiliate's mission is to provide Lion Totalcare® for fire fighters personal protective equipment to Austral-Asian firefighters, emergency service personnel and police officers. It's office is located in Adelaide, South Australia. It's customers include the State Fire Brigade of New Zealand with 10,000 fire fighters, and the South Australia Fire Service, with 3,000 members.

Brunet/Lion
This Lion affiliate's mission is to design, market, and sell protective apparel and equipment and repair services to members of the Fire, Police and Public Service in France. The company holds over 1/3rd of the French turnout gear market. It's office is located in Villeurbanne, near Lyon.

TotalCare SL
This Joint Venture provides Lion Totalcare® to the Spanish Fire Service with Iturri S.L. Iturri is the leading supplier of PPE supplies and equipment to the Spanish Fire Service. Totalcare SL's customers currently include the State of Catelonia Fire Brigade, with 3,000 members. Its office is near Barcelona, Spain.

LVI
This Joint Venture between Lion Apparel and Hagemeyer, provides Lion Totalcare® for U.S. Military customers. Its current major clients are the Department of Defense, and the US Marine Corps. LVI handles the warehousing, distribution, inventory control and program management for military apparel items for all branches in the Southeast U.S. region for the Department of Defense. Neither Lion Apparel nor its partner, Hagemeyer, make any of the items managed under this contract. LVI's office is in Lion's corporate office in Dayton, Ohio.

For the U.S. Marine Corps LVI manages the distribution and assets in all of the consolidated issue facilities and the 782 gear that is distributed from those facilities. This requires operating 16 locations around the world for the Marines, managing a total of 215,000 square feet of warehouse space, over 100 employees and more than 200,000 individual transactions annually.

Starfield-Lion
This Lion affiliate's mission is to design, market, sell and provide protective clothing and equipment to members of the Fire, Police and Public Services in Canada. Its office is in Toronto. Starfield has built a strong Canadian market presence by consistently delivering superior quality products to its customers. Its major brand is the Flamefighter® brand.
